I have used Prestige-Mods for every single mod I have had done to my Xboxes. He just did two more for me and I believe that makes the total of flashed drives he has done for me at 8 or 9, I've lost count. Along with the speedy service, which is flashed and returned the same day, he has also answered any random question I have had along the way, and believe me, there were a lot to begin with. I use him myself and I also have recommended him to my friends to have theirs done as well. I have never had any doubt that my items were in the best hands.

Outstanding service! Very fast and reliable. Sent drive out on Monday got to him on Wednesday. He flashed the drive, sent backup of key drive and OFW, and had it back out in the mail same day he received it. I had it back in my box by Friday afternoon :). Funny 2 days ago i was looking at a website for my wife about losing weight. And looked at the prescription and was like SCAM. I looked at this on and was like darn this must be spam all these links to this site. But i was pressed. My Elite got rrod and my son likes playing lego Indiana Jones but keeps messing up the diskI own 2 scratched up copies lol. So i needed a new 360. Well i got the one with the 93450c which i was afraid to mess with. Bad with soldering. Called Erick he answered and was very polite and answered all my dumb questions, which i know were redundant to him. But he was cool. Every e-mail i sent he responded to. I sent it yesterday. He got it at 10:21 today and it's way back hour later. Thought about sending my elite to Microsoft for rrod cause it is still under warranty. but now more inclined to send it to him. I tried flashing my 83850v2 myself. Ended in disaster. Solder everywhere. Drive wouldn't power up. Without hesitation, Erick offered to take a look at it. I offered to pay for his time, but he replied that he'd only charge me if he could get it flashed. I sent the drive to him via UPS on Friday, April 17th. Three days later, the fixed and flashed drive was on its way back to me. I received it this morning, and I am astonished at how Erick was able to fix the mess I had made. I cannot recommend him enough!

I tried to repair my Xbox 360's DVD drive by myself, but a freak accident caused the laser to go crazy and fried my DVD drive PCB. I thought I was out of luck and would have to buy a new X360, but then I contacted Erick. He told me to ship him a replacement drive and my fried PCB and less than 2 days after sending it to him, I got the replacement DVD drive back in the mail. I installed it just now and it works flawlessly, almost as if nothing was wrong in the first place! Erick, you are the man!

I finally got off to getting my 360 jtagged and I went with prestige-mods.com. I shipped the console and was told it would reach it's destination on Wed. Wednesday came and UPS stated it was delivered. I remember reading on the site that the JTAG hack won't be same day turnaround as there is alot involved. That was an understatement! I think they received my console around 10a and I received an email around 2p saying console is done and shipped. I was like WTF! Received my console the next day and I'm happy. Thanks Prestige-mods! You respond to emails, you have quick service and you ship really fast! He even offered to add some homebrew to my hard drive if I sent it with the system, which I did. Thanks man!

Sent Erick a Jasper Xbox 360 to do a Jtag mod. He ran into a problem that wasn't his fault and continued to work hard to figure out what was wrong to get my nad flashed. He kept me up to date through the entire process and even continued to help after my Xbox 360 was successfully flashed. Turned out Radio Shack sold him some bad resistors. Even with figuring out the problem my xbox was back to me within 3 days flashed and ready to enjoy homebrew!!! Outstanding service couldn't be happier would recommend to any one wanting quality work done on their game console. Thanks a lot will probably get a Wii done real soon!!!

*****Satisfied Customer HERE!!!***** I found this forum yesterday. Actually, I found many. This is the one with all the happy customers. "Word of mouth" is a powerful thing. I went to the prestige mod website http://www.prestige-mods.com I bought a new Arcade Pre Mod(I already had a spare 150G drive). Also, a better chance of landing a Jasper if you get an Arcade. Here is my experience: I bought the xbox360 yesterday around 12:00 EST. 1) 1 hour later I had an email from Erick at Prestige Mods stating that my new 360 has modded and shipped. 2) The email comes with the backed up original firmware from the DVD drive. The email didn't have the file attachment for the firmware. I replied to the email stating that it was missing. 3) Minutes later Erick replied with the attached files and stated that for some reason it did not attach to the email. Meanwhile, I am getting an email from UPS saying that my delivery will arrive tomorrow October 14th. 4) I got my new 360 just about 1 hour ago. The 360 is a Jasper. :) I installed a backup game on the hard drive and it works flawlessly. Finally, I couldn't be happier. Everything came to me exactly as advertised. In the fastest possible time.

Sent 3 systems for rrod repair on Friday, he received them on Saturday and repaired 2 out of the 3 systems within 3 hours of receiving. He quickly updated my via e-mail stating he had repaired the 2 machines and was unable to repair the 3rd system. I received a paypal refund right away for the system he could not repair and had all 3 systems Monday afternoon. Would definitly reccommend and use his services again in the future. A+++

i am just blown away by erik's craft. He does an amazing job and a polished one at that, i sent him my 360 got it back in 3 days and no problems with it at all..suprisingly enough it runs even better after it left his hands..i only paid him for a flash service and he even took it a step further and cleaned up the dust in the interior, this is just one of the examples of erik's many moments in which he raises the bar on his service, i for one totally reccommend to anyone that is looking for a service to flash their 360..look no further than erik he is more than what you pay for

Just adding to the well earned feedback Erick is very much deserved of. Erick has exceptional customer service skills. He doesn't just get things done quick and right. He takes time to communicate with his customers answering any and all questions with great attention and enthusiasm. He has done 2 firmware updates for me that made it back to my door before I put the postage on the package. Super lightening speed service. I use to do this stuff myself but am limited with my time to figure out any problems that might arise. At this point I don't think I will ever waste my time fixing or flashing as Erick's work is exceptional and quick and that is worth every penny I pay him. Great job Erick and thanks for all your professionalism!

Just wanted to drop some feedback for Prestige MODS...I just had my 360 firmware upgraded and as always Erick Horning is the best....I've had 3 xbox 360's and a wii modded and he has always shipped the items out the same day as he received it. I'm telling you that if you're wanting to have your system modded this is the guy to have do it...he even sends out a email to let you know when it's been shipped back out. Brian modded my PS2 with a DMS4 Pro and it's working great! I've done business with Brian a few times in the past, and his soldering is always top notch. If you are thinking about installing a mod chip but are too scared to do it, then sending it to Erick or Brian is the best decision.

I sent a hitachi dvd board chip to Ranger72 to read with external programmer, his charge was decent in my opinion.. and to make it even better he not only read my dvd key....sent me it in email... and then flashed another dvd drive I was not even going to get from him... gave me a great deal on that and on top of all that sent the drive priority mail which got to me in 2 business days. So the price went from decent to incredible. Then he responds to every email I sent him VERY quickly... and even helped me with a couple other questions I had (I have been out of modding for a little bit..damn kids lol) Anyway I hope to do business with Erick again soon, best customer service I have seen on these forums since I have started here. I have purchased 3 Pre-Modded XBox360s, each time the xbox was modded and shipped the same day I made payment. The console arrived brand new in the box with store receipt and all accessories as if you'd just bought it from the store. Erick has also flashed 5 XBox 360s for me the same day he received them and shipped them back the very same day. He answers emails quickly, even responds to messages on MSN Messenger. !!!!! RECOMMENDATION !!!!! Erick/Prestige Mods did a Lite-On replacement for me. I sent my 360 console to Ranger along with a reconditioned BenQ. The turnaround time was AMAZING, my 360 was back in the mail the day Ranger received the console (knew because of my tracking). Recommend Ranger/Cumberland Mods VERY HIGHLY. I had a 360 with lite-on drive. I sent it in to have it spoofed to a Samsung drive. From the time I shipped it out to the time when I got it back was just under a week. Erick is also very responsive to emails. Overall I was very happy with the service and will be sending in my other 360 with a Hitachi 79 drive.

Just my 2 cents. I live in Baltimore and reading this forum, I read about Erick and all of his positive reviews so I thought I\\\\\\\'d get my and my friend\\\\\\\'s 360. I contacted him through his website and MSN messenger a few weeks before getting the mods done and he was quick to answer all my noob questions and concerns. Realizing that he was for real, I set up an appointment to drive out to Cumberland (2 hrs) and have both boxes modded. I got to his place ~4pm on 7/21 and he was courteous and greeted us at his door. After signing his waiver form and giving our consoles to him, we left him to do his work while we went to the mall to kill some time. Around 5pm, he called me and said that he was done BOTH consoles (I had the dreaded Hitachi 79 and my friend had an easier Hitachi 59). We quickly went back to his place and he showed that indeed, both consoles were able to play backups without a hitch. I recommend Erick without hesitation, he\\\\\\\'s the best and will answer ANY and ALL questions that you may have. He also told me that he\\\\\\\'s getting a programmer to mod the 79\\\\\\\'s without the need for a passkey, so if you\\\\\\\'re hesitant to get yours modded... DON\\\\\\\'T. He\\\\\\\'s awesome! Like many people, I invested some hard earned money into buying a Wii. Because my girlfriend and I are more casual gamers, we bought one used. This was a bit of a risk as I knew ahead of time the Wii was older. That meant no extended warranty, etc. Once I had the Wii in my possession I began shopping around for a modder. Now many people who get their consoles modded are faced with tough choices. To begin, you have to do all this reading...sorting through so many opinions. Then you have to track someone down to ask questions you might have. After you get all the research you can handle, even bigger choices are made. You have to pack and ship your Wii and pray it returns...hopefully modded. Well I can tell you that SolderMaster (Brian) makes that process easy and fun! This is a guy who is passionate about gaming and the gaming community! He gives you advice based on industry and scene standards, not sales. He won\'t try to sell you whatever chip he has overstocked. I admire that. Despite his real life obligations, SolderMaster takes the time to answer every email, IM, PM, and general inquiry he possibly can on a daily basis. His rates are VERY reasonable and markups on parts virtually un-noticable. And now here is where my personal experience becomes interesting. After speaking to several pro modders whose names are found in every scene forum known to man...SolderMaster was who I decided to trust with my investment. Despite a modder living 2 hours from my house. Why? SolderMaster took the time to have a conversation with me. He can actually speak english, and write in fluent sentences, well mostly. I throw scenarios at him and debated points...he hung right in there. He wasn\'t afraid to discuss financials of each mod project I was curious about. I realize many modders offer you the chance to WATCH and TEST your own console right in their location...so I challenged SolderMaster to this. Note that I live over 1200 miles away...SolderMaster stepped up, big time! With my Wii I shipped him an old webcam and a software disc w/drivers. He installed the webcam and software and recorded my mod...in real time. He also commented via audio as to each vital step with ration and reason. A few minutes later (32 to be exact) he uploaded the video to me directly. I was so impressed, I said, \"SolderMaster...please install skype!\" Within a few minutes he had and I was watching a PS2 mod in real time. During that mod, we had a candid conversation about the gaming scene. He never once missed a step or faded from the conversation. We realized that together we created something many of customers need and want...the chance to watch your console be modded in real time -- LIVE! He can show you your serial # up close, begin the mod, show you the geniune parts/stickers, mod the console, and soon even test it in front of you. This eliminates the worry about a failed mod attempt or parts swap. SolderMaster is as legit as they come, period! The dude quite simply put, is PRO! He will always update your chip prior to return and test ad naseum. 5) SolderMaster now has me in his personal network. What\'s that mean? Well I\'ll let you ask SolderMaster that question... The point here is that he has pros in his corner and is in the corner of others. He stays UP on the latest and greatest instead of having ego and attitude. Would you prefer giving your business to someone as mentioned above? Or instead to some schlep-rock dude charging you $100+ per mod for labor? Don\'t be a n00b...heed my words: SOLDERMASTER = FTW!

Free bump and a review for Brian\'s work. I also emailed Ranger72, they both got back to me within an hour. Brian did a great job installing a chip in my Wii last weekend. 10/10 for service. I emailed him Sat. morning, found out I was close to him, so arranged to drop it off Sun. He had some hardware issues with the chip I wanted, so he put in a different (newer) chip with a more complex install for no extra charge. He test booted a couple of backups for me, and it boots all of my retail games, no problem. I definitely recommend Brian\'s work. In this business, customer service is really important, and Brian\'s is top notch. Brian, Thanks for the awesome work. LDG

This guy is freaking awesome, I had originally sent my console to Florida where my cousin was to get the system flashed by the guy that did his, little did I know the guy had no idea how to do Hitachi 79\'s, down on my luck and pissed out of my mind that I had completely blown 50 bucks in shipping costs I somehow found this excellent thread, which led me to an equally excellent website, that was owned by and equally excellent individual by the name of Erick. Long story short Erick is the man, he modded my Hitachi 79 probably with both eyes closed and his hands tied behind his back. He had a tracking number for me an hour after he received the console... seriously who the hell has ever heard of such a ridiculous turnaround time? I\'ve tested out 8 backups so far all of which have worked flawlessly. I wouldn\'t hesitate to send this guy another console, in fact I will be recommending him to every friend I know that owns a 360 or Wii. Total standup guy, great communication. Run don\'t walk to get your console modded by Erick and prestige-mods!

This is my 2nd system that I have had modded by Erick...and both were shipped out the same day he received them The 1st was my kids wii I had him install a wiikey and it works perfectly...and I just had my xbox 360 firmware modded and it works perfectly. Don\'t be worried this site is the real deal...you will not be disappointed. He sent me a email letting me know he received my xbox then send my a 2nd email when he shipped it back out that same day. Again Erick / Prestige rocks!!! I was worried sick my first time when I send my $250 wii out but trust me this guy is for real and is as good as it gets. A++++

Erick recently modded an Elite w/a Hitachi drive for me...most guys don\'t even want to touch one of these, but Erick totally hooked it up! Had the passkey done & flashed the drive w/in 24 hours, can\'t recommend highly enough!! Was very helpfull w/any questions I had, thanks Erick smile.gif ~Vince

I tried unsuccesfully to mod my x-box 360 with the 79 passkey and hitachi drive. I sent it half way across the US to get it moded buy prestige-mods mods. The day it got there it was modded and shipped back. Unbelievably great service, at a very affordable price. A million thanks to these guys!!!!!!!!!!

My first mod experience with prestige-mods was when I sent the Wii to be chipped last month in Nov \'07. I sent the system along with the CycloWiz to be installed. I shipped it on Monday and received it back by Friday of the same week...pretty quick. The following week, I decided to send him my 360 to be flashed. I also sent my wii to him again because I wanted a switch installed. It was nice of him not to charge me extra for the switch install and additional return shipping for that on top of the 360 charges. My second transaction was just like the first. It was quick and easy. He kept me updated every step of the way. Returned both my systems within a week of when I sent it. All in all, excellent modder here, quick turnaround, awesome communication. my review... I will be completely Honest. Sent my Wii to Erick last week to get chipped. He kept me very informed by emails regarding any questions i had about his services. He let me knew when he had received my wii and when he had finished it which was less then an hour. Got it sent back and took a little longer because it was right at the weekend when he sent it and Veterans day was this week so i got it yesterday and been testing all my backups and every things worked out fine so far. Prestige mods is the best, had my Benq drive replaced with a Samsung. He had this done and shipped back to me in less than 24 hrs, also sent me a copy of the trracking number for the shipment. Included in the shipment was the firmware and cd key. He also answered all the questions that I had about the process immediately. This guy gets an A+ in quality and customer service. Erick is amazing !!! My current 360 is dying...Ive fixed it at least 10 times, so I went out to look for a new Falcon/BenQ.... Nobody around the Pittsburg area has any 360\\\'s !! So on Monday around 5PM I call Erick and tell him my hard-luck story and get this folks..... Erick went out...got me a new Falcon/Benq, flashed it, packed it, and shipped it by 10:30 PM !!!!!! Now in this day and age of money-hungry, uncouth service providers it is so rare to run across anyone who will go above and beyond the call of duty as Erik does..
